Our product range in the area of rotary distributors
For the wastewater treatment plant construction industry we have been producing rotary sprinklers / rotary distributors for trickling filter systems DIN 19553 or biological trickling filters for decades now.
This rotary sprinkler is driven by the recoil of the water. For this reason, no drive and no additional energy is required. A well-thought-out technique.
Moreover we upgrade and repair existing systems of our series, as well as all other marketable brands.

The ball bearing supported rings are made of steel with corrosion coating.
Dimensioning
We need system information such as the inner diameter of the trickling filter, outer diameter of the central structure, the wastewater volume and the diameter of the connecting line. We calculate the number of distributor arms, the respective diameter and the nozzle size.
All rotary sprinklers are made on our premises. They consist of a stationary bottom, a durable ball bearing supported ring and a pivoting upper section. The distributor arms are flange-mounted and suspended at the guy column with wires and tension locks.
