The REHART Composite Armor Plate (RVP) is a high-quality two-component assembly, consisting of a base plate and a highly wear-resistant alloy. This combination ensures outstanding protection against wear.
Our plates are renowned for their superior quality and exceptional durability. Thanks to their robust design and high efficiency, they are increasingly popular and are the ideal choice for demanding applications where durability and reliability are paramount.
Economical alternative
Thanks to the carbide hardness of the armour material, REHART composite armour plates (RVP) offer a significantly longer service life. They are a cost-effective alternative to conventional wear-resistant special steels such as Hardox, Creusabro, Dillidur and others.
Weldability
The base material of REHART composite armour plates (RVP) is weldable, which enables seamless integration into existing systems. In addition, RVP are also available as cut and moulded components that can be easily used as replaceable wear parts.
Formability
Our composite armour plates are formable and can be precisely adapted to individual components. This flexibility enables customised solutions for specific requirements and ensures optimum integration into a wide range of applications.
Temperature resistant
Standard RVP are temperature resistant and are suitable for use in hot areas up to 600°C. For applications requiring temperatures above 600°C, special alloys can be used to function reliably even under extreme conditions.
