Our product range in the area of snow clearing unit
A snow clearing unit is used to keep the tracks clear of snow in winter. It prevents snow and ice deposits forming and the movements of the scraper arm are not impaired.
The alternative is to clear the snow manually off the tracks or to use snow control flaps– both methods are unsatisfactory, since remnants of snow often remain and then a thick ice layer has to be removed laboriously. The snow clearing unit by Schreiber can be used on all bridges for cleaning the tracks at the basin crest.
