In 1983 Klaus Schülein laid the foundation stone for today’s RehartGroup with Rehart GmbH. The name REHART is derived from “Re-generieren” (regenerate) and “Hartplattieren” (hard plating). Right from the start the company focused on wear protection of machine components and plants for coarse and fine ceramics industry. The goal was to get machinery and systems into shape for a long, challenging machine life.
Concentrating on the RehartGroup the corporate group has made the shift from several individual companies to an international team player with highly specialized services. Our motto: RehartGroup – and everything works optimally.
The headquarters of the family-run group of companies is Ehingen/Bavaria. The production premises of Rehart GmbH amount to more than 7,500 m2; the administration building is also located here where the single affiliates are coordinated in the interest of customers.
Courage to embrace new products
In the company’s history new procedures have been continuously developed and components designed and adapted according to customer requirements. This often required the decision to develop new ideas right through to the patent application process to secure development work - a lot of expenditure and input for a medium-sized company, but time and again also a milestone for success.

We produce very precise and dimensionally accurate moulding, either in accordance with our construction drawings or your defaults.

Morte, the Spanish manufacturer of extrusion dies and Petersen Service GmbH, the German plant manufacturer for structural ceramics – member of the RehartGroup – sign a cooperation agreement

A screw on tour
A certain amount of route planning know-how is required before the piggyback transport on the flatbed truck, so that all obstacles can be bypassed en route and all bottlenecks passe.
Large parts produced by team
The factory team delivers the screw with a bladed length of nearly 19 m. It will be installed into a protection project for greater flood protection.
